We are a friendly, efficient team working together to provide a quality service.

Our Managing Director, Contracts Manager and Surveyor are available to visit sites, on request, covering all areas across the South East, providing quotations for tenders. Regular site visits to clients are also carried out in order to ensure a smooth and problem free programme of works on all contracts, from start to completion.

We pride ourselves in our "Customer Care" and endeavor to solve any problems, or queries that may occur concerning any contract, speedily, and to the satisfaction of our customers.

Our Office Manager ensures the smooth running and administration of the office, and is always ready to help with any query.

We boast a fully experienced workforce, with all supervisors and operatives CSCS accredited. All staff are directly employed by Redfields, who feature a low staff turnover with the average length of service being 8 years.

As a team, we believe in "investing in people" and therefore training is given in all areas of expertise needed.
