Project Design

Redfields Landscaping have their own design service, which provides landscaping drawings, for developers, ensuring planning consent to be approved. Dealing, where necessary with the local planning authority, expedites this procedure.

Soft Landscaping Themes

Implementation of all soft landscaping works including tree planting, shrub planting, turfing, and mulching to improve and enhance the overall outlook of the development.

Hard Landscaping

All planning works can be undertaken from a simple patio, block paving, sealed gravel, through to tarmacdam surfacing. Timber decking works are regularly undertaken, and other timber feature work such as gazebos, pergolas, summerhouses, and similar can be installed.

Site Clearance

Clearance work on newly developed sites can be undertaken. This may include tree removal, vegetation removal, demolition work, or similar. All works in this area are carried out in conjunction with local authority requirements, and in line with environmental procedures.

Arboricultural Services

Qualified tree surgeons are employed to carry out any tree, or associated arboricultural work.

Contract Growing

Through the Redfields nursery we can facilitate a complete contract growing package. Upon acceptance of a landscaping scheme, the tree and shrubs requirement can be specifically grown for the developement in question. This facility offers the client quality, guaranteed continuity, and peace of mind. Nursery inspections can be arranged.

Fencing

All types of fencing work can be carried out. Close boarded, panel fencing, chain link, post, and wire are a selection of items that can be offered. Timber gates can be manufactured to any specification requirement.

Show homes/Sales work

With the ever increasing demand on sales, landscaped showhomes, sales complexes, and show cabins can be a defining element of any development We can produce from design, through to complete installation any requirement, in this area. Whilst fairly subjective, market trends must be observed in order to maximise sales. Any landscaped area will encourage potential buyers.

Sports Pitches/Amenity Areas

Whether there is a requirement for an amenity type grassed play area, or the installation of any type of sports pitch, the company can contract, through to completion, any requirement. Drainage works, topsoiling, preparation, and the turfing or seeding of the proposed areas are carried out, to meet any necessary criteria.

Play area construction can be carried out, from design right through to installation. All works conform to European standards, and are guaranteed.

Client Tailor Made Packages

This area offers the client a complete landscaping package from design, through to hand over of a development Landscaping design proposals, in order to facilitate planning consent, are completed. The design and subsequent installation of a showhouse will follow implementation of the landscaping scheme to the whole site to completion, followed by any necessary grounds maintenance obligations. The site will then be handed over to the relevant local authority for adoption. This package offers the client a peace of mind, trouble free element to the development
